Part-Time Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk



Initial job responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Record daily transactions into QuickBooks (electronic and manual entry)
  • Scan/upload documents, transactions, invoices, etc. into the system
  • Track company overhead and expenses
  • Track project-specific costs/expenses
  • Review and enter vendor invoices
  • Vendor payments
  • Accounts receivable/invoicing/cash flow management
  • Maintain vendor records/files
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts with monthly statements
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports/filings
  • Generate reports
  • Run salary and hourly payrolls
  • General record-keeping
  • Assist with business compliance, licensing, registrations, etc.
  • Analyze/brainstorm/implement new systems and ideas to make the above responsibilities more efficient and help the business run smoothly


Qualifications:

  • 3 experience in a bookkeeping preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Experience in high-end residential construction is a plus.
